I had a fantastic stay in this city thanks to the hotel's central location, right in the center and close to the post office. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of parking and the availability of transportation options nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Mrs. Zdena at the front desk. The breakfast provided was delicious, and I was impressed with the tasty meals served by the restaurant staff.

Not clean the staff they do not know english my reservation was for two nights but l cancelled one night and l moved to another hotel they dont have Ac and there is no blackout in the rooms which makes the stay very bad

We loved how everything was just a couple of minutes' walk away, allowing us to easily explore the city. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and very clean, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff here are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our visit. We were particularly impressed with the front desk staff who were kind and helpful. Additionally, the restaurant staff provided us with tasty meals and excellent service. We were truly impressed with the quality of the amenities and services offered at this hotel.

Our room was well-located, offering beautiful views from the higher floors. The hotel's quiet surroundings made for a peaceful stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's gesture of providing umbrellas for guests. we had a positive experience at Venus.

Nice quiet bar to relax in after a day of walking. good hospitality and assistance with queries. Convenient location for a half marathon. Nice breakfast with multilingual staff. The personalized medical treatments at the hotel were exceptional. The doctor and nurses dedicated ample time to ensure the best results. The dining room crew was attentive and the front desk staff went above and beyond to solve any issues. We felt special and well taken care of throughout our stay.

I liked all in this hotel,atmosphere,calm,the helpfulness of staff,cleaness,posibility of taking drink or even dinner in lobby bar,with excellent service,its not so frequent in czech republic to be taken by staff as a real guest,not only as a paying visitors,bringing just money for owner,we felt there as real guest,staff taking care of anything we needed,i appreciated the excellent view from rooms on all Carlsbad,covered by snow,a view of a fairy tale town,and bath services,of excellent quality,right in the hotel,plus wellnes,as sauna,swimming pool,i recomment this hotel to everybody,who wants to get the best quality in Carlsbad.

The double bed had one little,but important inconvenient,the mattresses were separated,so for a couple,it is often upleasant,finding a gap between them,swimming pool is opened only afternoon,sauna too,i think,its necessary to write it on the main page of hotel on your website

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the historical center. I loved being able to walk to all the attractions in just a couple of minutes. The service here is top-notch, from the friendly and helpful staff at the reception to the attentive restaurant staff. They even welcomed me with a drink at the bar, which was a nice touch. The rooms are well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, and I felt cozy and comfortable. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.

I can't think of any negatives about this hotel. It truly provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
